Premise - Fish Fingers sketches

For the first in my rogues gallery of villains we have Fisher Fingers. Inspired by the classic Universal Monster, The Creature of the Black Lagoon, the designs include more traditional lagoon monsters and some styled on an axolotl. I wanted to include a transparent look as I thought it would be a an interesting idea for a toy to have a glow in the dark/real feel gimmick. For the final design I would take inspiration from One/Two.
