Sculpt Layers - Similar to photoshop you can make changes to the model and save them on layers you can toddle between
Paint Layers - Didn't work on my Mac, for some reason no colour showed up.

Organic Form and Structure - This is showing the wax tool take out the smoothness of the model and add some more realistic structure to it.
Medium Details - Using the foamy and wax brush to add extra details and structure to the model.

Asymmetry - Using the grab brush to make the face look less symmetrical on each side.
