Just make sure that you proof-read before posting - you have 'dispense' instead of 'suspence', for example.
In your bibliography, the author's surname comes first, followed by the initial, and the whole list is ordered alphabetically, so for example Harris, S. Hutchinson, P. Griffin, J. etc...
Make sure that the sources that you use are reputable and academic - looking at the Mitchel source, this seems to be potentailly another student blog, so possibly not the most reliable...
